Late Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you must pay an additional $20 inconvenience fee or your appointment will be rescheduled to the earliest available appointment if there is a potential to run over into the next appointment.
We do not give refunds for any service provided. THIS POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you fail to do so, you will be charged 50% of your appointment service. 50% will be charged on the card of file for cancellations made within 24- hours or for no-shows.
As a courtesy, appointment reminders and confirmations are sent out 48 hours prior to scheduled appointments. This policy allows clients on out waitlist to be informed of availability. In the case of extenuating circumstances such as sickness, power outages, or inclement weather, your appointment will be rescheduled without any charge or cancellation fee.
